There can't be a sight from an apple orchard more enthralling than the sight of apples being collected for sorting and packing and that too in slow motion. The apple picking season in Kashmir lasts from the beginning of October to the beginning of November. Gulab Bagh is one of the closest places to Srinagar apart from Budgam to see apple orchards.
