The historic Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is an elegant landmark situated along the Amstel River in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The grand multi-storey building displays classical brick and stone architecture, large arched windows with reddish frames, and a distinctive glass-roofed conservatory extending above the riverside terrace. Two traditional wooden saloon cruise boats are moored beside the hotel's private brick quay as the calm waters of the Amstel flow past. Nearby, a modern GVB electric tram travels through the city centre while the iconic Blauwbrug (Blue Bridge) spans the river.
