There is no palate that the king of fruit - mango cannot satisfy, as it comes in an incredible range of varieties calling for a celebration of this ‘fruit extraordinaire’! Showcasing over hundreds of uncommon as well as commercially popular varieties, the 31st Mango Festival. The festival took place at Dilli Haat Janakpuri where a whole section was dedicated to mango vendors with the best varieties of Mango on sale. The exhibition hall had traditional as well as hybrid varieties on display for the mango lovers. Bringing us to the ‘Sau Ke Daam Kitne Bhi Khao Aam’ section where one had to pay Rs. 100 to enter the mango eating booth where one could eat as many mangoes as possible. This area had been occupied throughout the day with mango lovers, some stayed there for hours relishing the pulpy
