See this video of a drain so choked with plastic and waste that even the foul sewage that is supposed to flow in it cannot flow, and you realize that "India - we have a problem on our hands, and it ain't the corona virus!" Think Harappa. Think the Indus Valley civilization and you realize the low place we have reached today! In Delhi's Taimur Nagar, the canal has run dry as there is SO MUCH plastic choking it up. The open drain doesn't even flow now. This is truly urban dystopia in the New Delhi, where Corona is just one corner of the whole picture. The Yamuna flood plains stretch out down-stream of the Taimur Nagar drain which empties untreated sewage water and industrial effluent into the Yamuna, in untreated form.
