Customers eat at a food hotel in Paratha Gali, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi. The area is well known for its paratha shops and eateries serving different varieties of parathas. The food counter displays several stainless steel trays containing prepared dishes, including potato curry, chickpea preparations and other gravies served with meals. Metal ladles and serving spoons rest inside the trays, while a stainless steel thali with curry and accompaniments sits on the counter. Steel bowls, tumblers and spoons are arranged on the shelves, with large stainless steel containers used for storing food and other supplies.
