Fungus grows on a tree trunk while Ivy climbs up it as well. This Lilac flower grows at the edge of the Daghwan river in Dachigam National Park in Jammu and Kashmir state of India. These Anemone obtusiloba flowers cover an alpine meadow in the upper reaches, near Sangargolu and the Tarsar - Marsar lakes. Anemone is a genus of about 120 species of flowering plants in the family Ranunculaceae, native to the temperate zones. It is closely related to Pulsatilla ('Pasque flower') and Hepatica; some botanists include both of these genera within Anemone.
