Astha Green Village Resort near the Khajuraho monuments has sure taken the waste hierarchy of 'Reduce' Reuse' Recycle to the next level. This is a resort near the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Khajuraho Temples. Most of the building materials and utility furniture her are made from discarded and reusable things like automobile scrap, plastic bottles, beer bottles, vegetable oil tins and large storage containers which do not serve their original purpose anymore. The tables and seats outside the resort are surrounded by trees and look at the materials used for the tables. Discarded tires are used for making seats, windows in the huts of the resort.
