Meat is one f the most important part of Nyishi cuisines. Local man from the village cleans and roast the meat before preparing Nyishi cuisines. Yazali is a village of Lower Subansiri district which is few kilometres away from Itanagar town, Arunachal Pradesh. Nyishi are the original decedent of Yazali village.
