They are happy to get a shave or cut right plonk in the middle of a pedestrian path along s busy trafficy road! Covid's third wave be damned, but this man needs his daily shave and that too on the road-side and next to a Metro train station! He sits in great comfort and ease, as the barber runs a razor over his cheeks and chin, to give him a clean and close shave for the day ahead!
