Jasha Paa ( Chicken Paa ): Jasha refers to chicken in Dzongkha or Bhutanese. Chicken is one of the Favorite meat for most of the people of Bhutan. It is simple to make and very delicious whilst being low on spices. Ingredients: 1 chicken, cut into pieces 5 cloves of garlic ginger fresh green chillies refined oil salt fresh coriander/cilantro leaves Method: First, heat the pan or wok on a high heat. Add the chicken, garlic, ginger, chillies, oil, salt and one cup of cold water Boil it for around 20 minutes. Add fresh coriander and stir. Cook covered for another 2-5 minutes and the dish is ready to eat. We know that anything fresh tastes and smells good.
