The 71st Republic Day Parade takes place along the central boulevard in New Delhi in 2020, featuring state tableaux and the mounted contingent of the President's Bodyguard. The Himachal Pradesh tableau is seen in the foreground, accompanied by traditional dancers and artists, while tableaux representing Madhya Pradesh and Goa follow in the procession. The President's Bodyguard, an elite household cavalry regiment of the Indian Army, rides in formation on well-groomed horses wearing ceremonial scarlet coats, golden accents, and traditional turbans. Spectators watch from the stands as Indian national flags line the parade route, with security personnel, photographers, and event staff positioned along the roadside.
