My father gave me my name. We had our cotton mill in Pakistan if this business became successful it would be because of my name. But, after having to lose everything in Pakistan during partition it was not possible to re-start the mills and they could not change my name since our cotton mills were in Pakistan. We had 3 - 4 cotton mills in Pakistan before partition none of these are left now. I started my business in the 1960s. In the 60s there were very few A. C. cars even domestic air conditioners were not much in demand but we tried hard to earn a livelihood. I aimed to spend more time at the workshop since the beginning this has given me a lot of experience. so, I can repair 100 to 150 cars easily. I began work with twenty - thirty cars, gradually newly purchased government cars and at
