40 km from Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir, these equipped foreign private army were photographed in 1994. it was during this period that the first Afghan extremist entered Jammu and Kashmir to fight what they call a holy battle against India. In 1989 radical and combative have ravaged the state of Kashmir. The Indian contention has been that these armed radicals have been exported from Pakistan to conduct a proxy battle.
