A child with an abnormally enlarged head caused by a medical condition lays down in his mother's lap as the sister sleeps next to them on the pavement underneath a flyover in South Delhi. The older girl child is filmed eating from a plastic food container. The family has been living on the pavement of the street for a couple of months as they hope to get the son treated in the hospitals in Delhi but with no money and accommodation, it has been difficult for them.
