A child with Macrocephaly or enlarged head and setting sun eyes is nursed by the mother under a flyover in South Delhi. A couple of onlookers watch them as the sister tries to play with the child. The child's head looks heavier than the entire body. The mother massages the legs of the baby and one can see a few bottles of medication near them. The baby seems to be in need of serious medical attention. Notice how the child seems to be smiling at the mother.
