A local man named Sharman Kumar Singh asked about the situation of the Indian politicians and whom he voted. He replied he works at election duty. An old man in early 70s, Babu Lal Yadav said he voted for BJP. When asked about Rath, he said he is willing to go Ayodhya and said "If they construct Ram Mandir, well and good, if they don't, there is nothing that I can do". A very simple straight answer! He also said he is not aware of Mandal Commission. The Ram Rath Yatra was a political-religious march from September to October 1990, organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its Hindu-nationalist affiliates, and led by the then-BJP-president L.
