Former Prime Minister Chandra Shekhar talks about another Prime Minister Morarji Desai and reminisces instances with Morarji Desai. Chandra Shekhar: "In my student days, I knew Morarji Desai as a freedom fighter. I knew him as the Chief Minister of Bombay state. But I came in his personal contact in the early 60s when I became a Member of Parliament. Earlier I was in the position when I joined the congress party. Those were the controversial days when some of us were trying to bring change in the policies of the Congress Party.
