Chandra Shekhar speaks about his decision of becoming the Prime Minister, he says, "I can not tell you about other ministers that they denied or not but according to me that time the situation of the country doesn't allow the elections it could cause many problems in those days because there were riots all over the country so conducting normal election in those days was not possible. I had the confidence that I could control the situations. Running a government is not always easy sometimes you have to go through tough times, one should have to be ready who is the leader of the government.
