As the Heritage Tour goes from one village of Ziro to another, it reaches the villzge of Hong, which is called the biggest tribal village in Asia. The members explain to the visitors about the typical Lapang, which is a community platform in the village and Babo, which is a religious pole near the Lapang. At the Ziro Festival of Music, an Apatani heritage tour was organised by NgunuZiro for the travellers from outside to have a peek into the Apatani history and origins and their way of life. Ziro is situated in Lower Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh, 167 kms from the capital Itanagar. It can be reached via road from Guwahati or Dibrugarh towns in Assam.
