The scene unfolds on open dry grassland where four cows/oxen (Bos indicus) are seen standing closely together, forming the focal point of the ritual space. A man is observed carrying a domestic chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus), which is gently revolved around the cattle in a circular motion. This act is traditionally believed to transfer misfortune away from the livestock and fields.
