On an average day, the kitchen at Gurudwara Sis Ganj in Delhi's Chandni Chowk area cooks around 500 kilos of dal with over a ton of rice and 500-600 kgs of vegetables to feed the thousands of people who come to partake of its langar. Watch as the high tech, automated kitchen, run by sewaks churns out its delicious dal.
