Chapati making machine creates rotis en masse for the masses at a Delhi gurudwara's langar! Masses of sticky wheat flour or atta wet with water enter the roti making machine and come out as flattened chapatis! Buckets of atta are introduced into the machine, and it magically churns out dry flat hot roti, onto the conveyor belt which passes over a gas fired heater, to dry them out and warm them up... The chapatis get collected as they are spat out of the machine, in plastic baskets on the floor. A large cotton sheet is spread before he food preparation work begins, and a little prayer is done. Masses of LPG gas cylinders sit inside a large dekchi, as one approached the langar kitchen at Gurudwara Sisganj Saheb in New Delhi.
