Giani's famous Kulfi faluda is a real institution of Chandni Chowk and an important element of Old Delhi's Street food and sweetmeat desserts palette. This man introduces faluda or Indian noodles into the cups and then adds the kulfi or Indian ice cream to the cups. Kulfi often has pistachio and cashew cuts chopped into the ice cream itself, and is most creamy and yellowed with saffron. Maskless customers get busy chowing down on the Kulfi and Rabri faluda desserts.
