Winding roads in Himachal Pradesh's fruit belts around Narkanda, Thanedar and Kotgarh. The plastic silpaulin sheets have been stretched over apple growing orchard belts, to protect the blossom and young fruit from hail in the months of February and March. Macaques also do extensive damage to the fruit trees although culling of macques in allowed in Himachal. A mountain biker makes his way into the orchard belt in Himachal.
