It makes sense to advertise on an auto rickshaw in India, as these vehicles are almost always running on the roads, and are the most frequently seen taxi format. So an advertisement on the body canvas will go a long way, literally. The irony is that the advertisement suggests a 'Yudh - Pradushan ke virudh!' or a way against pollution, and the polluting device itself is the medium! An auto rickshaw wallah gets advertisements placed on his taxi gaadi, printed up on a fresh yellow covering for his three wheeler.
