A little girl from Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh speaks about the hair cutting incident while she was asleep at her home. She says, "I was asleep when my hairs were chopped along with my sister. I don't know who did this and the incident occurred when everybody was at home." Victim's mother speaks about hair cutting incident of her kids. She says, "We found the chopped hair on the floor when we woke up at 6 am in the morning. The kids were unaware of the incident also the hairs were chopped when they were asleep." H. N. Singh, I. P.
