An opportunistic feeder and common in urban areas and around human settlements, a northern squirrel or Gilheri (Five-striped Palm Squirrel or Funanbulus pennantii) in Hindi is seen in the gardens of Wilderness Orchard in Delhi. The tiny squirrel is filmed sneaking its way around the Common Sunflowers blooming and matured. Watch the rodent hang on the head of the dried flower and picking sunflower seeds. Notice the tiny squirrel struggling to reach the seeds of the dried flower. The squirrel is having a feast day alone with no one and nothing to disturb it.
