An Assamese local says "It is an unfortunate and sad incident that took place here, till now 14 people have succumbed their life due to this alcohol. The sole reason for this mishap is wine for which we had already informed the authorities on numerous occasion to shut down the production of this wine but they did not bother all they bother about is money."
