In the traditional tribal village of Tajang in Ziro Valley, things are carried out in the same traditional way as always. Apatanis as a close knit tribe hold their culture and their way of life very close to their life. Seen from the roof of the homestay, the whole village and the naerby paddy fields alongwith the bamboo gardens give a very authentic feel to the place. Ziro is situated in Lower Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh, 167 kms from the capital Itanagar. It can be reached via road from Guwahati or Dibrugarh towns in Assam.
