Who will clear the garbage if our municipal authorities are doing not just nothing about it, but worsening the situation? India on the move, someone said? We cannot control the open incineration of garbage in places such as Fatejpur Beri village in New Delhi. Then what is the use of ensuring such tight pollution norms for urban vehicles?
