Adhchini - IIT Gate stretch of road often leads to rain water accumulation and water logging due to poor storm water drainage - one would be advised to avoid this stretch in heavy rain or during or shortly after a heavy shower. It's a particular nightmare for cyclists, bikers and those in low slung cars where the exhaust pipe can take in water when standing in deep waters.
