Dr Manjeet Singh says "We had mentioned on the first day of the rescue operation that whatever is required in terms of the support it will be provided especially after seeing the condition of the boy and benefits will be given accordingly. We will be shifting him to the ambulance which is already here as it has ventilator among other equipment for medical care. Whenever a child is in such a condition he has to be revived and for that, we already have a professional medical team on standby. " A three-year-old boy, who has been trapped in a 150-foot-deep borewell for over 110 hours in Punjab's Sangrur district, was rescued on 11th June morning.
