With Blue-throated Barbets calling in the background, this must be the lowest altitude Kiwi fruit growing region in India, and a warm weather one too! Kiwi fruit ripens on the shrub-vine in Uttarakhand fruit district of Nainbagh - Ghorakhuri in near Jaunsari Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The fruit is in this semi-prepared state in July, and would be ready for harvest by October 2021.
