A food stall representing Odisha’s culinary traditions is featured at Hunar Haat, an exhibition of traditional arts, crafts and regional cuisine in India. The stall is decorated in bright pink and red with floral patterns, geometric designs, blue lotus motifs and Hunar Haat branding. Signage identifies the stall as “Orrisal Food, Sundergarh, Orissa,” with a separate board highlighting “Odisha’s Tribal Food” and station code F6. Vendors serve food from large metal cooking vessels, including a deep-red curry garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Additional stainless steel pots, gas cylinders and cooking equipment form part of the temporary outdoor food stall setup.
