National Disability Convention on the occasion of Nation Handicapped Day in New Delhi organized by center for promotion of employment for disabled people organization. The most important topic is the problems and situation of handicapped people. Few years before an act was formed for handicapped people but they are not getting any benefit of it. The act for handicapped people formed in 1995 but according to the act a person of 40% of disability is considered to be handicapped but what if a person of 39% disability?" Government also agrees on the fact that there are some faults in the act and government would work on the rectification of the errors in the act.
