Ikhlas Khan's tomb is located in Jawaharpuri, Badaun district, the tomb holds five graves, with the mortal remains of Ikhlas Khan, his wife, and their son Shahwaz Khan. Historians are not sure of the identity of the other two people buried here. "The family was famous in Badaun. There is even a locality in the district called 'Shahwazpuri', named after the governor's son, which continues to be called by that name even today," Budaun is holy land of Great Sufi Saint's, Auliya, Wali and Peer's as well as a place of izarat's. It is very holi place in the India. According to Prof. Goti John this city was named "BEDAMOOTH" in an ancient inscription which is now in Lucknow Museum.
