A large flock of sheep and goats is seen grazing across the lush, steep slopes of Jabarkhet in the Himalayan region. The herd, consisting of mostly white and some black animals, is spread across rugged terrain typical of the Shivalik Hills. These landscapes are often used by migratory pastoral communities such as the Gaddi, who move their livestock in search of seasonal grazing. The mountainside is covered with dense vegetation, including evergreen trees and shrubs, representing the rich temperate forest ecosystem of the western Himalayas.
