Have you ever seen Dhaula Kuan roundabout or the Ring Road or other circular arterial roads, with such low traffic that only one car crosses every other moment...? Such was the nature of the Covid lockdown that our most busy arterial road was so sparsely-traversed, leave alone traffic jams which were a thing of the past! Even the 24Seven store and the Delhi Metro are locked and shuttered.
