Slow motion of rainfall in Delhi on 31st August 2017. One can see rain drops falling on leaves and on the floor - they seem like falling crystals as the Alstonia leaves receive the heavy showers upon them, as see in slow motion. Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) witnessed heavy rains on Thursday afternoon. While the rains brought relief from the heat and humidity, they threw life out of gear. Traffic movement was affected at various places and waterlogging reported in Delhi-NCR. The heavy traffic jam was witnessed at Film City road near DND Flyway loop, Kalindi Kunj, Rajnigandha crossing and other places.
