It is an absurd law for these police volunteers (who undoubtedly receive a commission on their receipts!) that not wearing a mask while driving alone in closed air-conditioned car with windows shut is illegal, but walking on roads sans mask is OK! pedestrians cannot easily be challaned or fined as they may not have the money to pay, but car drivers and owners do have the money, and so they are targeted in this Covid ongoing drive on Delhi's streets. Absurd! Police volunteers gleefully issue Covid19 norm tickets for not wearing a mask while driving a car in Delhi! Does Covid only spread from the rich?
