Like any other international event of its kind being held in India, this one was also mired in controversy. US-based big composer Yanni had a dream, a dream to perform at the world famous mausoleum built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in Agra for his beloved Mumtaz Mahal. A dream which almost backfired when opposition to his concert in India gathered steam in the past few days. Farmers at a site near the Taj Mahal resisted the idea, environmentalists were concerned about the ill effects of the mega sound and light on the monument. Yanni says, "It became necessary to limit the size of the audience in order to protect the monument and so I did everything I could so we added an extra concert and we are also now televising it live under Doordarshan and this way hopefully everyone in India that w
