What’s on our menu today is more than a recipe for a good meal. It’s the secret from where it all begins. Feeding a population of 26 million people is a mammoth task. Still, Delhi has always surprised us with its delicious delicacies. While the constant expansion in the city’s urban spread has got its name listed as one of the biggest metropolises in the world, it has also forced it to a scenario where it has to import a large portion of its food from other parts of the country.
