The Jet d'Eau fountain rises from Lake Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland, sending a column of water approximately 140 metres into the air. A yellow public Mouette boat crosses the lake in the foreground, while Great crested grebes (Podiceps cristatus) and Black-headed gulls (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) swim nearby. Along the waterfront, the historic Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is visible with a Swiss flag above the building. Snow-capped Alpine mountains form the distant backdrop beneath a partly cloudy sky, with an airplane visible in flight. The footage captures the Geneva waterfront, lake traffic, waterbirds, fountain, city architecture, and surrounding Alpine landscape.
