Deepa Mehta: Among the Elements Trilogy 'Earth' was the most difficult to make as we had to capture the tragedy of the partition and lots of action involved, and the making of 'Water', where we depicted and shot it in Sri Lanka was the easiest, it was the most peaceful shoot I ever had in my life, so when I think of 'Water' I had to smile. John Abraham: Baabul and Water could have the line of a story in which I am attracted to a widow, but both films are very different. The period set in is different, and the tone of the films is different, one is contemporary and the other is period drama to some extent. The actresses are also different.
