A cultural pact is signed between Bhutan and India. A festival has been planned. The Buddhist tourist circuit is discussed, as well. A lot of Bhutanese come and visit Bodhgaya in Bihar, for example. A lot of Indians visits Bhutan for local and regional tourism. A Bhutan exhibition was held in Delhi and Kolkata in 2002. Lyonpo Dago Tshering, then Ambassador to India, sits at the table.
