It looks like a sloth Bear but we are unsure of the bear on the tree near a village in India. Locals can be heard trying to scare the bear to get off the tree. Water cannons are let loose towards the direction of the bear to make it get off the tyre which it did. Forest officer in an interview after the rescue narrates events of the day before they were able to make the bear come down from the tree which had left the neighbouring villagers on tenterhooks.
