After three days of constant rain, the clouds move out and the most brilliantly clear air reveals a green view of Mussoorie and Dehra dun, despite the rampant over-construction. The air is cleared than one can imagine, and there is absolutely NO DUST in the lower atmosphere, making for devastatingly clear air and pure oxygen from the Himalayan forests of Garhwal.
