Two wheelers and cart pullers are having a difficult time on the AIIMS Road after a burst of heavy rains. A cart puller with a heavy load crosses the middle of the road with this wheels half submerged in water. Public transport buses and auto rickshaws drive past the camera. Delhi skies overcast with gray clouds. Two red Ashok Leyland buses seems to have encountered with technical issues as passengers and drivers are seen outside walking in the murky water.
