Piling up cauliflower in a truck in Delhi. What’s so special about that, you’d ask? If you take a closer look, you’ll see they haven’t been tied together. And yet not a single cauliflower falls off the truck. There is a special way of piling these cauliflower heads such that they fit so perfectly in to each other.
