He says, "I always wanted to become an actor from childhood because I saw Shammi Kapoor coming to my house, Dev Anand coming o my house so all the time I was acting only and not going to school and going to a movie so my father put me into a boarding school I was away from my family for 6-7 years and when I came back I didn't see my father then I had two options to join as an assistant director or go to the film institute."
